As our product range consist of a variety of products, which due to their very large size and shape are unable to be handled via Australia Post, with the exception of several smaller items. These larger orders are dispatched via Australian Couriers. Prices are based on individual product size and destination, with reduced rates to capital cities.

ORDER PROCESS

  • Step 1: Place your order and submit your shopping cart.
  • Step 2: We will send you a shipping quote.
  • Step 3: You must confirm via return email that you accept the shipping quote.
  • Step 4: We will debited your Credit Card and process your order.

  • NOTES:

  • (1) Orders will not be processed until we have a confirmation email from the customer.
  • (2) Orders with items that are NOT in stock will NOT be processed, nor credit cards debited, until the items are available for shipping.

RETURNS POLICY


All our lights carry a 6 month warranty. If the globes by any chance fail within the first 6 months, return the item back to us. We will inspect it for damage. If we conclude it is a manufacturing fault we will replace it free of charge. All shipping cost are the responsibility of the purchaser. All other products apart from the balls have a dead on arrival warranty. This means if the item is not working when it arrives we will replace it free of charge. The items can also be taken back to our retail store at 13 Watson Rd Padstow NSW 2211, where we will check it and replace it immediately.
